Service Refund Policy
- Refunds are only considered in cases where the booked service could not be completed due to issues from our side.
- If customers are not satisfied with the service, they must report the issue within 24 hours after service completion.
- Our team will review the complaint and may offer a re-service or partial refund based on the situation.
Cancellation Refund
- Customers cancelling bookings before service confirmation may be eligible for a full refund.
- Advance payments for confirmed bookings may be non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
No Return Policy
As we provide cleaning services and not physical products, returns are not applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
